Tech Week Schedule - The Nutcracker!

updated...12/12 at 11:00 p.m.
SUNDAY - WHOLE SHOW - at the stage!

Start rehearsing in costumes!!
12:30 start... we will take a short break between Act I and Act II

We will first make sure everyone has their costumes before we get started at 12:30.

Before we begin Act II we will work on Curtain Call order so that we can let people not in Act II go home.

Hoping to be done with everybody by 3:00 - Act I students only should be done before that.

Be sure you have all the appropriate parts needed for your part - outdoor coats, etc as well as socks, shoes, extra back tights, hair pieces and all that fun stuff!

Monday- night off or snow day make-up - we'll confirm on Sunday.

Tuesday night - let's meet at 5:00 - get the show running by 5:30 - straight through Act I - light tweaking during the "intermission" then Act II - walk through Curtain Calls before Act II

Wednesday night - Syracuse Symphony participants - Sugar Plum, Russian, Waltz of the Flowers ... meet at 5:00 for brief rehearsal (probably w/o symphony but on marley in the pit) - 30-45 min. tops! Meet back at 7:45 in the conference room.

Thursday night - meet at 5:00 - start by 5:30 - I highly recommend rehearsing with hair changes as well as costumes!!!! We will do the curtain call in costume at the END of the night. Tech stuff will start coming into play this night - scene changes, backdrops hung, growing tree, lighting, etc.

stay tuned for updates....
