Portraits – DAY 2 of 2

– May 9th
Thursday, May 9, is our 2nd of 2 recital portrait days. Below you will find the time for your
child’s class as well as their song.
When purchasing portraits, you will need to list the song title on the
form. You are not required to
purchase a package, however, we do ask that your child is present for the group
photo if at all possible. If you
have questions please contact us ASAP!
Please be ready 15 min. early for your picture to keep the flow of the
day going. No parents in the photo room please. We will not wait more then 5/10
min. into a scheduled portrait blocking time for late students so please be on
time. (We have plenty of pictures to get through!) Make-up and performance
ready hair is recommended. Make-up – light if you use it – nothing too dramatic
– this is not the stage and you want a memorable portrait to last through the
years. If you have any portrait
specific or package questions, please direct them to Creative Imaging
(465-4848). In Motion staff will
be posing your children for portraits. Your child MUST have their package paid
for BEFORE their individual picture is taken so forms are attached for you
here. You will need one form per
dance/class your child participates in.
We will have some on hand the day of pictures. If you find that you will not be able to attend, please let
your instructor know so that we are not waiting unnecessarily. We appreciate your cooperation and look
forward to seeing you on portrait day.
Our front studio and waiting area will be open as a make-shift changing
and dressing area. We will have
some younger boys there (we will indicate these) and ask that no dads come in
as the evening progresses if at all possible for changing purposes. Let us know
if you have any other concerns, questions or anything you need help with before
May 9. Once photos start to roll –
we get very busy and can’t walk away for long. Thanks for your understanding. J
